Suneeday Creative was founded in late 2022 by Vian Madalina — a film school graduate and visionary CEO who recognized the rising wave of vertical drama.
Together with fellow creatives of her generation, she built Suneeday to capture this cultural shift, grounded in the belief that short-form storytelling would transform the way audiences connect with content.
Starting from scratch, we curated talent from the ground up — growing them into creators with over 5.5 million followers on TikTok, and earning nominations for Rising Creator of the Year & Entertainment Creator of the Year 2024.
Today, we manage 40+ storytelling channels with a daily production volume of 25 short-form scripts and 25 shoots — and counting.
Headquartered in Central Jakarta with a growing production hub in Purbalingga, Suneeday continues to lead the vertical era with scale, speed, and stories that stick.

Vian Madalina
FOUNDERS & CEO
Born in Batam on October 16, 1997, Vian is a film directing graduate from the Jakarta Institute of Arts, where she also served as Student President in 2019–2020. During her college years, she directed several short films — with a number of them receiving recognition at national film festivals. After graduating in 2021, she began her career in vertical storytelling by helping develop 20+ TikTok drama channels at a previous studio, including Mybabyocha (6.2M followers), Miss Mora (4.1M), Tuan Petir (3.5M), and more. In 2022, she founded Suneeday Creative — a studio built on the belief that short-form storytelling is the future of entertainment. Today, Suneeday is a growing hub for creators and culturally driven narratives, built from the ground up.
Irwanda
FOUNDERS & COO (Chief Operating Officer )
A business mind with a creative pulse, Irwanda blends strategy and storytelling at Suneeday Creative. Graduated with a degree in Business Administration from Batam State Polytechnic, he began his journey as a young entrepreneur before transitioning into the creative industry. In 2020–2021, he served as Student President at his campus — an experience that sharpened his leadership and team-building skills. Now in his 4th year in scripted drama production, he oversees day-to-day operations while producing vertical content that scales. His early background in organizational leadership laid the foundation for his strong execution and people-first management style.
Surya Gemilang
CO-FOUNDERS & CSO (Chief Script Officer)
A very driven creative writer and film director with 7+ years of experience across short films, features, digital content, and advertising. Graduated cum laude (GPA 3.78) from the Jakarta Institute of Arts with a major in directing. Working alongside Vian, he leads the creative development of Suneeday’s character-driven vertical channels — shaping stories that are both addictive and culturally rooted. Beyond Suneeday, Surya is an accomplished literary writer — nominated for Best Short Story at Anugerah Cerpen Pilihan Kompas (2022), 1st Runner-Up at Sayembara Cerpen Media Indonesia (2022), and Winner of Penghargaan Sastra Litera (2021). His latest short story collection Mama Menelepon dari Neraka was published in 2023.
